Ingredients (serves 6) :

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 bottle hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon of  celery seeds

1 1/2 cups hot tortilla chips

2 pounds buffalo chicken wings

Method :


Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Combine butter, cayenne sauce and celery seeds in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook hot sauce on high in the microwave for 45 seconds or until the butter is melted. Mix the ingredients together with a fork. Save 1/2 a cup of the hot sauce sauce. Put the hot tortilla chips in a bowl and break into small pieces (you can use a food processor if you have one).

Mix the thyme leaves, garlic powder, oregano, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, fennel seeds, and ground black pepper together in a large mixing bowl.

Ingredients (serves 4) :

4 chicken breast fillets

2 cups of fresh prawns

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Butter

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

2 eggplants

2 carrots

1 red onion

Method :


Cook the chicken and prawns in separate pans with a tablespoon of olive oil in each. When the chicken and prawns start to brown, add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of butter to each pan.
